Interpretation of TPOAb measurement in pregnancy: An individual participant data meta-analysis

Objective: Thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) positivity is the most important risk factor for overt/subclinical hypothyroidism and partly guides levothyroxine treatment indications during pregnancy.
